If a respondent has forgotten their reward codes, the help desk can easily retrieve them by entering the respondent’s start code into the system. The search is performed across the entire database, so the results will also display the associated project codes.
Start codes and reward pool information remain accessible even after a project has been archived, provided the reward pool itself has not been retired.
