Responses can be corrected in the Correct responses tab by downloading and re-uploading an Excel file. Original answers are stored separately and can be exported using Export original answers.
Both original and current answers can be modified and uploaded again. A message confirms how many samples were updated.
Started but not completed
Selecting Include started samples also includes incomplete responses. Use this option with caution, as it may overwrite partial answers.
If a respondent made changes but didn’t finish the questionnaire before logging out, uploading an updated file may overwrite their answers, which can cause confusion. However, if a respondent is actively filling in the questionnaire while the file is uploaded, their answers will not be updated.
